Policies
In the event you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you let me know 48hrs minimum in advance. If you’re unable to give me 48hrs notice, I have the right to charge the cancellation fee that is 50% of the service booked.
If you don’t show up, and I don’t hear from you, that will be considered a no show and you will get charged 100% of the service booked.
If you are 20 minutes or more behind, please understand that I may have to reschedule you and charge you the cancellation fee, or that I may not be able to perform the entirety of the service booked.
Please allow 24-48hrs of time for a response. There is only one of me, and a lot of you!
My hours for response times will be Tuesday evenings through Friday. Any other time, you can utilize my online booking in the event you need to reschedule!
